Astra ("Astra", "we", "us") operates a creator network and the websites listed on our Our Sites page. Through Astra, approved creators publish content on those sites and share in the advertising revenue their audience generates.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Astra platform, including your account, your creator application, the photos you upload and any earnings paid to you. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. You may be asked to verify your age and identity at any time, and we may suspend an account until verification is complete.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

New accounts start with a pending status. You gain access to the creator dashboard only after your application has been reviewed and approved by Astra.

Approval is at our discretion. We may decline an application, or withdraw approval later, without being required to give a reason. Declining an application does not create any liability to you.

Earnings are calculated monthly from monetizable views recorded against the usernames linked to your account. For each country, earnings are calculated as monetizable views divided by 1,000, multiplied by the rate set for that country for that month.

You receive 50% of the resulting revenue. Astra retains the remaining 50% to cover platform, promotion, advertising and administration costs. There are no upfront fees or charges to creators.

Rates vary by country and month and are set by Astra based on advertiser demand. Views that are fraudulent, incentivised, generated by bots or automated traffic, or otherwise not monetizable by our advertising partners are excluded and may be reversed after payment.

Views recorded against a username that is not linked to any account are held as unclaimed and are not payable until the username is verified and linked.

Earnings appear in your dashboard as pending once a month has been calculated, and are paid to the payment email held on your profile. Keeping that address correct and active is your responsibility; we are not liable for funds sent to an address you supplied.

Payments are made in the currency and by the method we specify. Any bank, processor or currency conversion charges may be deducted from the amount transferred.

We may withhold or delay payment while we investigate suspected fraud, invalid traffic, a breach of these terms, or a dispute over content ownership.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Astra. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, filings and any social contributions on the amounts you receive.

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You confirm that you created it or have all necessary rights to it, that every identifiable person in it is over 18 and has consented to its use, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

By uploading content you grant Astra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, crop, display, promote and distribute that content on the Astra sites and in marketing for those sites, for as long as you keep it on the platform.

You may delete any photo at any time and the licence ends for future use. Copies already published, cached, distributed to partners or included in printed or scheduled marketing may take time to remove and may not be recallable.

We may decline, remove or stop using any content at our discretion, including content that does not meet the quality or legal standards of the site it would appear on.

You must not upload or publish content that is illegal; that depicts or involves anyone under 18; that is non-consensual; that is stolen, purchased or scraped from another person or site; that includes another person's private information; that promotes hate, violence, self-harm, or illegal goods and services; or that infringes copyright or trademarks.

You must not manipulate view counts, use bots, proxies, click farms, incentivised traffic or any other artificial means of inflating your earnings, and you must not attempt to gain access to another creator's account, data or earnings.

Breach of this section may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, reversal of paid amounts and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Verified earnings already recorded will be paid in the next payment run, subject to any investigation.

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, or if we discontinue a site or the platform as a whole.

On termination your access to the dashboard ends and we will stop new use of your content. Sections covering earnings adjustments, liability, and content already published survive termination.

We collect the information you give us — name, email, payment email, bio and photos — together with the view and earnings data recorded against your linked usernames. We use it to run the platform, pay you, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Photos you upload are stored privately. They are visible to you and to Astra staff, and are published only on the Astra sites in line with the licence above.

We share personal data with service providers who help us operate the platform and make payments, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data at any time, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, views or earnings, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amounts paid to you in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version shown on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
